How it All Started

A few years ago I was searching for budget friendly, fun family activity. Going out was always fun, but quickly added up in our pocketbooks. We needed something we could do at home together that wouldn't break the bank.
Enter Ohana Movie Nights! We would watch a dvd and theme our dinner to it, too. Disney films always worked - they were family friendly and plenty of them. But where to start? So many to choose from!
Enter my obsessive compulsiveness with doing things in order! We would start from the beginning of course, the letter A!

The giant squid rolls are actually just Pillsbury crescent rolls but instead of making those nice little triangular shape, I molded it into legs for a giant squid, with the head in the form of a dough ball! Darn me for not taking a picture of it...

Sea foam punch is quite tasty and refreshing, not as complex and delicious as my sister's recipe, but just some 7UP with some sherbet (any flavor is fine.) This time I managed to remember to take a picture...
